When visiting the San Diego Botanic Garden, aka "Quail
Gardens" last week, I noticed that the Lotus flower was budding and maybe ready
to bloom this weekend. Hoping to get a shot of the beautiful Lotus flower at the
large lily pond, I arrived just in time to see my first blooming of this
exquisite exotic flower.
